The Accelerated Genetic Gains in Maize and Wheat for Improved Livelihoods (AGG) project is a major initiative aimed at boosting agricultural productivity and food security in developing countries. The primary objective is to significantly increase the rate at which new and improved maize and wheat varieties are developed and disseminated to farmers.
