High-throughput phenotyping using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for agronomic traits in Dioscorea rotundata

UAV and remote sensors have been considered technological tools with high potential to improve smart and precision agriculture and research. Image data further processed using Agisoft Metashape Professional; a powerful Photogrammetry software for processing of raster datasets was used to stitch the overlapping five bands of images into: Orthomosaic (RGB) map Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) map
Normalized Difference RedEdge (NDRE) map
